Making a purchase: Making a purchase couldn't be easier, just browse our shop, and add any items you wish to buy to the shopping basket using the "Purchase" button. After you have finished shopping, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked to complete a registration form which asks a few relevant details that we need to complete the order. This information will not be passed on to any other parties.

We Accept Credit Card Payment: When your conformation of order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Credit Card Security: When the order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any website. We do not see your number or store it anywhere. The money transaction is handled by "Protx.com". Neither Mighty Muesli nor Protx.com pass your details to any third party.

Delivery schedule: We will normally deliver your order in five working days. If you want to enquire about ordering larger quantities or if you wish to take delivery outside the UK then you will need to contact Mighty Muesli:



Back orders: If your item is not in stock, we will endeavour to get it to you as soon as possible. You will be e-mailed with the option of cancelling if you would rather not wait.
