it's time I started

I am now writung this on 8th dec 2008 about 18 months later
I didn't realise but a blog is short for a weblog -I thought it was an acronym but i didn't know what
I am not convinced it is a better way of communicating than just sending me an email except that it is public for everyone to read- and who is going to read it anyway???
well I can start by saying I am quite excited about Mighty Muesli being trialled at the National Olympic Training camp- I really want to be involved in 2012- along with Power Porridge and the Gluten free version
I have approached several potential champions about sponsorship. I already sponsor the British women's rowing quad. I would be interested to sponsor some other althletes in other sports like swimming and running. So please contact me if you are interested.
generally I am happy to provide mighty bars for charity sporting events too
I have recently sponsored Marie Curie in a walkinig event, the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, the Snowdonia Marathon and various coeliac groups in the UK.

the Mighty bar is currently undergoing some redevelopment and repackaging-- did you know it has just the right amount of protein that the body can absorb at any one time- around 6 grams- equivalent to an egg lets say
I am dubious about these huge protein bars sold to muscle marys or "would bes"- I am not a nutritionist or a dietician-- actually I am an exlawyer but my research tells me that most of the protein in those "protein bars" gets flushed down the loo
a little protein- a mighty bar equivalent-- several times a day is the way to go

better for collagen building as well--if you are like me and trying to stave off cosmetic surgery for as long as possible if not forever-- eating protein will help build collagen -collagen is a protein after all
good bye thin lips- I wish
