I am not a dietician but
I should say that I am not a dietician- I have a different background altogether but I have gleaned alot of pieces of knowledge/information over the years in running this food company. Every week I am going to share with you some of these things I have proved that work for me and those around me.-
and you can tell me whether you agree as well

protein helps too
the same can be said with Protein-- eaten at breakfast -together with the complex carbs- keeps you feeling fuller for longer
You don't need much protein- see my comments earleir posted-- you don't need to eat an egg or a piece of cheese- although that would be fine--you can get the right amount of protein -around 6 grams -in a serving of Mighty Muesli

Losing Weight with Mighty Muesli
the key point to Mighty Muesli is its balanced recipe of carbohydrates, fats, protein and sugars. In particular the carbohydrates are complex in so far as they do not provide sugars for a quick energy hit- like cakes and fizzy drinks, they are the slow releasing kind- where they break down slowly and release "sustained " energy- which lasts for longer, makes you feel satisfied for longer and you feel better and perform better for longer--- that means that you shouldn't start snacking at morning tea time- and that means that if you eat Mighty Muesli- suggested serving size of 60 grams -- in conjunction with a balanced lunch and dinner that you might even lose weight. -- tell me if you do
